How to Request a Transcript

To request your transcript, please email Carmen Paredes, Guidance Information Specialist, at cparedes@seq.org and include the following information:

• Graduation year
• Name used at the time of graduation

Please note: Official and unofficial transcripts may take up to two weeks to process.
