Financial assistance is available for Sequoia District Adult School students. Students who have demonstrated that they are ready to take the GED exam but lack the financial resources to pay for the test may apply for a scholarship from the Upward Scholars.

Sequoia Adult School Scholars provides financial support and assistance to Sequoia District Adult School ESL and GED students—the vast majority of whom have minimum wage jobs—so they can enroll in community college to continue their education and expand their career options.
